  • (15%) Responsible for developing and executing SEM, SEO & PLAs annual marketing plan, reaching performance goals, and managing budget for Carters & Oshkosh Bgosh

− Manage budget of $4M+ to profitability

− Update and manage budget at daily, weekly, monthly and annual level

  • (15%) Lead SEM campaign management, keyword discovery, and keyword goals

− Maintain and react to promotional cadence changes and making quick decisions to best impact the business

− Monitor, track, and report on search engine marketing metrics, including ROAS & trend analysis

− Provide strategic insight to develop long and short term execution plans for new and expanding search campaigns

  • (25%) Develop, test, and analyze keywords, descriptions, bidding strategies and landing page URLs to maximize results, drive volume, and reach company targets

− Utilize web analytics and attribution platform to manage KPIs, goals, channel preference and strategic opportunities based on data

− Manage tracking, reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns and programs to improve overall campaign performance

  • (10%) Own agency and platform relationships on a daily/weekly/monthly basis for platform changes and management of goals

  • (25%) Manage onsite and offsite SEO strategy and implementation of recommendations

− Partner with agency and dev team to set roadmap and strategic priorities to gain and maintain page rank across all brands

  • (10%) Lead PLAs program to profitability and optimization in partnership with Agency and Google

  • 1 direct report

Experience and Skills
  • Demonstrated experience creating marketing reports
  • Ability to work collaboratively and field requests from key internal stakeholders
  • Present data in an actionable and useful way to allow business owners to make decisions
  • Comprehension of marketing campaign concepts (across multiple offline and online channels)
  • Worked in a direct marketing environment, preferably with an online retailer
  • Detail-oriented and an ability to juggle shifting priorities
  • Team player. Operates effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • 5+ years of experience in amedia or SEM/SEO role
  • eCommerce & Retail experience required
  • Experience in SEM or SEO on agency or client-side
  • Experience working in a direct marketing environment, preferably with an online retailer a plus
