The HR Intern is responsible for supporting a large internal client base of nonexempt/exempt employees at our Multi Channel Distribution Center, located in Braselton, Georgia. Must have proven, successful experience thriving in a fast paced, large corporate or retail environment.

o Support large onsite hiring events in planning, set up, and execution

o Serve as point of contact for candidates and ensure exceptional experience

o Follow up on Interview Evaluation Form for each candidate and open role

o New Hire preparation (desk setup, equipment, set up systems and payroll access), and execution, including Background check submission and follow up, Coordination of offer letter and packet, Conduct reference checks as needed, Process New Hire Paperwork & conduct Orientation, I9 Verification

o Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs

o Develop partnerships with employees, HR partners (i.e. shared services) and assist in resolution of employee issues

o Coordinate exit process and paperwork (separation paperwork, PA, system access notification)

o Execute personnel-related changes and submit necessary paperwork

o Meeting coordination and scheduling as needed

o Ensure corporate standards, as well as Human Resources standards, practices, and compliances are consistently upheld

Experience and Skills

Must have been successful in building strong professional partnerships, problem solving and utilizing various resources Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must have the proven ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, deadlines and initiatives

Proven exceptional customer service, follow-up, organizational skills and high attention to detail

Must have advanced skills in MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Must have proven experience identifying issues and developing solutions

Must be flexible to the needs of the business ability to work evenings and weekends when needed.
