  • Responsible for observing housekeeping, safety and C-TPAT compliance in assigned area of responsibility
  • Responsible for being the subject matter expert and dedicated resource to their assigned, functional area
  • Identifying training needs for new employees and cross training opportunities for existing employees in their assigned, functional area
  • Work with business partners, HR, Wave Plan, Inventory, and Training to ensure the adherence of area processes
  • Use the reporting provided for proper execution of all operational process for their assigned, functional areaSupport the Coordinator/Supervisor in all duties as assigned including all operational areas of the Distribution Center
Experience and Skills
  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of hand (RF) scanners, distribution automation processing modules and experience using WMOS
  • Use mechanized equipment as required
  • Skilled at multi-tasking and able to react quickly to frequent priority shifts
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and through the use of email
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule while maintaining a good attendance record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months, preferably in a distribution environment.
  • Must be able to lift cases weighing up to forty pounds
